David Jensen received a Bachelor of Music Ed. Degree from Central Michigan University and a Master of Music Performance Degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music. On staff at Royal Oak High School, he teaches Concert Band, Symphony Band, Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, Marching Band, Music Theory, and Guitar. He has been in Royal Oak for twenty-nine years, and has taught at all levels in the Instrumental Music Program. Mr. Jensen serves the Michigan Schools Band and Orchestra Association as an adjudicator, on the Dist. IV Exec. Board, and on state level committees. He’s also been on the Jazz Faculty at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp for twenty-six years.
