Acclaimed as “beautifully expressive,” violinist Fangye Sun has concertized in Asia, Europe, and North America. She is Assistant Professor of Violin at Central Michigan University and Faculty Artist at Bay View Music Festival and previously held a professorship at Xi’an Conservatory of Music. A sought-after teacher, she has presented masterclasses at universities across the U.S. and China, and presented at International ClarinetFest, the College of Music Society National Conference, and Michigan Music Conference. Her CD "Chinese Fantasies” featuring works by Chinese and American composers was released on the Blue Griffin label in 2019.
