Dr. Amorette Languell currently serves as Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Music Education at Northern Michigan University. She teaches elementary and secondary music methods, introduction to music education, secondary instrumental methods, aural skills, ukulele performance-based music integration for k-8 classroom teachers, music theory for theatre and dance, and music in society. Prior to NMU she taught PK-8 general music, band, and choir in Bridgeport, CT.
